The contract with the Erie County Water Authority requires $4,824,928 in spending on paving roads and water line improvements! How does the town board plan to pay these improvements?
How much will engineering add to these costs? 10%? 15%? 20%?
Evans taxpayer’s should be given an update on how much has been spent (YTD) on the water project and how much more money has to be spent.
